Managing Director: NAA (National Assessment Agency)

David is a Chartered Engineer who has spent much of his career with Hewlett Packard.

He held a number of senior management roles for the company, his last position being European Director of Quality. In this role he was responsible for developing and delivering service improvements to customers and strengthening the HP brand, which led the company to win the British Quality Award in 1997.

Most recently, David led a global change programme in Agilent, a $3.9bn communications company. He worked to establish the new company infrastructure and ensure the effective delivery of internal services.

His interests are in business planning and review, and he has worked with many companies and organisations to share knowledge and improve their performance.
