Inclusion: providing effective learning opportunities for all pupils

This is the statutory order on inclusion in the national curriculum for England (see ‘National Curriculum Online’ in the WWW links). It sets out the principles by which schools can modify the programmes of study in order to meet pupils’ needs. The rest of the guidance listed here illustrates the statement put into practice.

Including all learners

This includes a description of the principles that guide QCA’s equal opportunities work, as well as descriptions of the Sex Discrimination Act, the Race Relations Act and the Disability Discrimination Act.
