There are no subject criteria for electronics. However, the download in the right-hand menu on this page is for the AS and A level physics criteria.

Any electronics specifications must contain appropriate knowledge, understanding and skills that are comparable to those set out in the physics criteria.

The criteria provide the framework for awarding bodies to create the detail in their specifications. The criteria help to ensure consistent and comparable standards across awarding bodies, although this may not necessarily mean that identical content is studied across awarding bodies.
