Corporate brochure: Looking after learners, today and tomorrow

The worlds of education and training are constantly evolving. The school curriculum is being adapted to keep pace with social, economic and scientific advances and new qualifications are being introduced to meet the needs of business. Our work provides a coherent framework for developing knowledge and skills from the foundation stage right through to primary and secondary school, and on to college and the workplace.

The Qualifications and Curriculum Authority is at the centre of England's education and training system. We also regulate NVQs in Northern Ireland. We have a statutory mandate to make sure that the national curriculum, tests, examinations and qualifications are of the highest quality and meet the needs of every learner.

QCA's priority is to give all learners access to an excellent curriculum and world-class qualifications that equip them for further study, for work and for life. Please read on to find out more about us and our role in looking after learners, today and tomorrow.
