The new framework, Economic Wellbeing 11-19: career, work-related learning and enterprise replaces the framework for work-related learning, which was developed in 2003 to support the statutory requirement at Key Stage 4. It takes account of developments such as the new secondary curriculum, the 14-19 reform programme and the government's strategy for enterprise and education.
