This format, piloted in 2006 and since adapted, is a Word-based document with specific questions and space for respondents to type in answers. The questions follow the themes of the SACRE self-evaluation document, with suggested sources and reference points for each question. SACREs are invited to use this format if they wish to, but are not under any obligation to do so. Further advice and guidance on how to use it is in the introductory section.
