This Gender Equality Scheme (GES) sets out how the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) proposes to fulfil its obligations to promote gender equality under the existing and further duties placed on us by the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (SDA), as amended by the Equality Act 2006 (EA), and the Equal Pay Act 1970 (EPA).
