News release: QCA publishes Evaluation of participation in GCE mathematics

QCA has today published 'Evaluation of participation in GCE mathematics'. This report builds on the interim report published in autumn 2005, to review reaction to the new AS and A level specifications that were introduced in September 2004.

Last updated: 17 Jan 2008

The interim report established a number of baseline indicators concerning take-up of AS and A level mathematics, and also considered the various impacts the new specifications may have had on students.

The final report is an amalgamation of 3 and a half years of data collection.
