innovating with history

What's new
  • An adapted QCA scheme of work looking at the events in Germany after 1945 and focusing on the reasons for division of the country and reunification after 1989. It can be found in key stage 3 Improving curriculum planning.

This website has been designed to help schools plan and teach innovative history courses, based on the national curriculum programmes of study, which will engage and motivate pupils aged five to 14. It is also a 'gateway' to other websites offering support for history teaching and learning.
