12.13Test forms - online applications and notifications

Accessing the ‘Test forms’ section of the NAA website

The ‘Test forms’ section of the NAA website at www.naa.org.uk/tests is divided into two parts: public and secure.

Schools do not have to log in to use the public part of the website, which holds downloadable templates and notification forms that can be accessed by clicking ‘Templates and notifications’ on the left-hand side of the screen.

To access the secure part of the website, school superusers should log in using their school’s LA/DCSF number and their most recent username and password, as used for the 2006/7 academic year. Superusers will be required to change their password when they first log in. The test orders PIN is no longer required for logging in to the ‘Test forms’ section of the NAA website.

When superusers have logged in, they will arrive at their school’s home page, entitled ‘My applications home’, from where they will be able to submit online applications and notifications. Superusers can also check decisions on applications they have already submitted, access templates and notification forms and use the ‘Practice forms’ section before they submit actual applications.

If schools require assistance in using the website, they should first refer to the guidance in the ARA and the Quick guide to accessing the Test forms website, which is available to download from the NAA website at www.naa.org.uk/tests. If further assistance is needed, local authority maintained schools can contact their local authority superuser or the national curriculum tests helpline on 08700 60 60 40. Independent schools and academies should email testforms@naa.org.uk or contact the national curriculum tests helpline on 08700 60 60 40.

If you have forgotten your login details, email testforms@naa.org.uk.
