Working Group on 14-19 Reform |

As set out in the DfES paper 14-19 opportunity and excellence, the Working Group on 14-19 Reform was established in March 2003 as an independent group under the chairmanship of Mike Tomlinson. The remit of the group, set out in annex 6 of the DfES 14-19 opportunity and excellence paper, falls into three broad strands:
