QCA monitoring programme

QCA has an extensive monitoring programme, including one for the 14-19 phase.

The purposes of the 14-19 monitoring programme are to:

• fulfil QCA’s obligation to keep the curriculum under review and identify aspects that would benefit from further development
• contribute to the evaluation of qualifications
• ensure that advice and guidance are based on evidence
• identify good practice and case study material.

The annual 14-19 monitoring report can be downloaded here. It includes a description of the monitoring programme.
