UCAS/QCA report on post-16 provision in schools and colleges

The June 2006 questionnaire of post-16 provision in schools and colleges is the eighth in a series of surveys carried out by QCA and UCAS since the initial implementation of Curriculum 2000. Now annual, the questionnaires are sent to all schools and colleges offering post-16 education in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The report is an analysis of responses from over 800 schools and colleges, and information is summarised for all centres, as well as by centre type, allowing a view of the overall picture of provision, as well as whether and how this differs by centre type. In 2006, to increase efficiency and coherence of data collection, we incorporated our post-16 annual monitoring survey into the UCAS/QCA survey.
