A QCA booklet called Informing choices was widely distributed in March 2005. It provides information about qualifications and curriculum choices available to students making decisions for key stage 4 and post-16 learning. The main intended audience is tutors, advisers and mentors of students in years 9 and 11. It also contains some material illustrating good practice in advice and guidance and should be useful to those organising and managing careers and guidance programmes.
