Guidance for implementing the statutory requirement at key stage 4 |
From September 2004 there will be a statutory requirement that schools include work-related learning within the curriculum for all students at key stage 4. Guidance has been produced that sets out the statutory requirement and provides a framework, which schools should have regard to in making their provision. The guidance has been distributed to schools and may be downloaded from the file below or ordered from QCA publications. Schools may find it helpful to undertake an audit of their current work-related learning provision. A set of proformas has been developed to help schools and their partners with this audit. The proformas, and guidance notes on how to use them, can be downloaded from the files below.
